General Manager
The General Manager (GM) provides strategic and day-to-day leadership across all Standley Chasm operations, reporting to the Board. This is a hands-on role responsible for overseeing operational delivery and performance across financial, cultural, environmental, and safety requirements, while supporting long-term sustainability, revenue, and community outcomes. The GM leads a multidisciplinary team (predominantly Aboriginal staff) across cultural tourism, café/retail, campground and accommodation, partnerships and business development, marketing and communications, finance and administration, and HR, training, and maintenance/WHS, and is expected to show sound leadership and a clear commitment to AAC’s cultural, social and economic purpose.
